RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We are currently experiencing a delay in handling returns. We’re working as fast as we can and we will notify you by email as soon as your return has been processed.

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return. 

We’ll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) reach our warehouse. For orders placed before June 5th, a return fee of 29 DKK will be deducted from your refund. For orders placed 5th of June onwards, a return fee of 35 DKK will be deducted from your refund. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, and all swimwear must still have the hygiene strip. We can only accept returns of cosmetic or perfume items if the product is unopened to maintain the quality and integrity of our products. Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned to a Weekday store in Denmark. Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable. If your custom-made items are defective or damaged, please contact Weekday Customer service.
