RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return.
We’ll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) reach our warehouse. A return fee of 29 DKK will be deducted from the refunded amount upon return.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, and all swimwear must still have the hygiene strip. We can only accept returns of cosmetic or perfume items if the product is unopened to maintain the quality and integrity of our products.
Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned to a Weekday store in Denmark. Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable. If your custom-made items are defective or damaged, please contact Weekday Customer service.
HOW TO RETURN:
You can return more than one order or parcel at once, as long as you include all relevant return notes in the parcel. If your order arrived in more than one parcel, you can return them together or separately. A single return fee of 29 DKK will be deducted from the refunded amount upon return.
Once we have processed the return you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect this within two weeks of sending your return back to us. Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime! If it's been longer, please contact Customer Service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip.
RETURN OPTIONS:
You can drop off your return with PostNord, Bring or Budbee or arrange a home collection with Budbee.
