We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return.

We’ll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) reach our warehouse.

We are experiencing some delays with handling the returns. If you have sent your return just a few days ago, please allow us a little more time to handle your return. If it's been more than 14 days, please contact us and have your order details handy.

A return fee of 4 CHF will be deducted from your refund.

We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, and all swimwear must still have the hygiene strip. We can only accept returns of cosmetic or perfume items if the product is unopened to maintain the quality and integrity of our products. Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores (except for Sweden and the Netherlands). Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable. If your custom-made items are defective or damaged, please contact Weekday customer service.
