Standard home delivery – USD 29

We will deliver your purchase with UPS within 4-6 working days after receiving your order confirmation, excluding customs processing times. For Federate States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Tuvalu, Wallis and Futuna and certain remote places delivery can take up to 12-14 working days. 

Your order is shipped from Tilburg, The Netherlands. Please note that during high season and sale periods, delivery might take a little longer. Weekday is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at customs.

Standard home delivery: USD 29 and free for orders over USD 200.

Please note the prices on weekday.com do not include local sales taxes/VAT. 

If the value of your order exceeds your local toll free limit, extra fees might be applied for import taxes/custom duties upon delivery. Weekday does not reimburse these charges.

How to pay these fees:
Once the parcel has entered the destination country it will be held by customs for clearance. During this time, import duties and tax fees (if applicable) will be calculated by the present authority. Our transport partner will contact you once the order has reached the local customs and inform you what you need to pay before the order can go through customs. 


Bank fees:
Please note that your bank might add additional fees for cross border payments. Weekday does not reimburse these charges. You can check with your bank for more information.

New Zealand GST:

New Zealand GST will apply at the rate of 15% to Low Value Goods (under $1000 NZD) sold on weekday.com by non-New Zealand resident suppliers and delivered to a New Zealand address. When you provide a New Zealand delivery address at checkout, the estimated tax applies to your items and is calculated into your order total. The prices displayed on Weekday are inclusive of the applicable New Zealand 15% GST. New Zealand 15% GST is also applicable on any delivery associated with orders of LVG.

GST will apply to each LVG in an order, regardless of the total value of all items in an order. You'll be able to see your final price inclusive of any applicable estimated New Zealand GST before you confirm your order.

Australian GST:

Australian GST will apply at the rate of 10% to LVG sold on Weekday by non-Australian resident suppliers and delivered to an Australian address. When you provide an Australian delivery address at checkout, the estimated tax applies to your consignment and is calculated into your order total. The prices displayed on Weekday are inclusive of the applicable Australian 10% GST. Australian 10% GST is also applicable on any delivery associated with orders of LVG.

You'll be able to see your final price inclusive of any applicable estimated Australian GST before you confirm your order.

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account or at 'Track order' page.

Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in your selected country. Delivery location exclusions are listed below. 

Undeliverable parcels If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to Weekday.

If you would like to order something while you are abroad, choose the website version of the country that you are currently located in and provide a local delivery address in that country.
