DELIVERY METHODS
The available shipping methods, cost, and current delivery time of your order will be shown at the checkout.
What delivery locations can I choose?
We offer several delivery options depending on your location. Enter your preferred delivery address at the checkout or select a convenient parcel shop. If someone picks up a parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID, the pick-up code, and their own ID.
Track your order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track it under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.
Delivery restrictions
Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in your selected country. Delivery location exclusions are listed below.
Undeliverable parcels
If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to Weekday.
Ordering from abroad
If you would like to order something while you are abroad, choose the website version of the country that you are currently located in and provide a local delivery address in that country.

Standard home delivery – USD 29
We will deliver your purchase with UPS within 4-6 working days after receiving your order confirmation, excluding customs processing times. For Federate States of Micronesia, Northen Mariana Islands (coming soon), Tuvalu, Wallis and Futuna and certain remote places delivery can take up to 12-14 working days. Standard delivery is free for orders over USD 200.

Please note that during high season and sale periods, delivery might take a little longer. Weekday is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at customs.
Standard home delivery: USD 29 and free for orders over USD 200.
Please note the prices on weekday.com do not include local sales taxes/VAT.
If the value of your order exceeds your local toll free limit, extra fees might be applied for import taxes/custom duties upon delivery. Weekday does not reimburse these charges.

How to pay these fees:
Once the parcel has entered the destination country it will be held by customs for clearance. During this time, import duties and tax fees (if applicable) will be calculated by the present authority. Our transport partner will contact you once the order has reached the local customs and inform you what you need to pay before the order can go through customs.
Bank fees:
Please note that your bank might add additional fees for cross border payments. Weekday does not reimburse these charges. You can check with your bank for more information.
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account or at 'Track order' page.
If unable to deliver a package according to your delivery option, it will automatically be returned to Weekday.
