Gift cards can be bought in our stores and online. Find your local store using our store locator.

You can check your gift card balance in store or by adding your gift card to the wallet app, where your current balance can be viewed. You can also check online here.

Gift cards can be used at any Weekday store within the country of purchase or online at Weekday.com.

These terms and conditions apply to Weekday Gift Cards purchased via our business partner SVS UK Limited in any of our Weekday stores or on Weekday.com ('Weekday Gift Card' or 'Weekday e-Gift Card', jointly 'Weekday Gift Cards') and to our Weekday Merchandise Cards ('Weekday Merchandise Card' or 'Weekday e-Merchandise Card' jointly 'Weekday Merchandise Cards'). By purchasing Weekday Gift Cards, or using the Weekday Merchandise Cards, you accept these terms and conditions ('Terms and Conditions'). Weekday reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate the Terms and Conditions without notice. The most recent Terms and Conditions will always be posted at Weekday.com.
Weekday Gift Cards and Weekday Merchandise Cards may be used in Weekday stores and online at Weekday.com in the country where the card was bought or where the Weekday Merchandise Card was issued. You can use the Weekdy Gift Cards and Weekday Merchandise Cards to pay for the full value or part of the value of your selected item(s). If your purchase online is not completely covered by Weekday Gift Cards or Weekday Merchandise Cards you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase. Please read more in the Payment section at Weekday.com. The online purchase receipt will not show the current balance of the Weekday Gift Cards and Weekday Merchandise cards used in the transaction. However, all gift cards and merchandise cards can be added to the wallet app on your digital device, where current balance will also be displayed. In addition, you can always check your current balance online at Weekday.com, in a Weekday store or by contacting Customer Service.

If you order your Weekday Gift Cards online, your order and payment will be processed and dispatched by SVS UK Limited, however your credit/debit card statement will show Weekday.com Gift Card Purchase.
SVS only accepts credit cards as payment for Weekday Gift Cards. You need to be 18 years or older, in order to pay with a credit card.

We aim to deliver the Weekday Gift Card within 6 working days from date of order. Weekday will not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery. If you purchase a Weekday e-Gift Card you will have the option of when the chosen recipient will receive an email with their gift card.
You are obligated to provide a correct address for delivery of the Weekday Gift Card. If you order a Weekday e-Gift Card you are obligated to provide a correct email address for delivery. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed Weekday reserves the right to withhold the delivery of the Weekday Gift Cards.

Each online purchase of Weekday Gift Cards is limited to a maximum value of £250. The online minimum value for Weekday Gift Cards is £15. You can increase the balance of your physical Weekday Gift Card by purchase of additional credit in any Weekday store in the country where the card was bought.
Weekday Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of the last activation or purchase. At the expiry of the validity period, the Weekday Gift Cards cannot be used for purchase, reactivated nor can the unused remaining value be refunded.
The Weekday Gift Cards can be used until the balance of the card is zero. If the balance of the card is zero for three months, the Weekday Gift Card is invalid and cannot be activated or used again.
Weekday Merchandise Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of the last activation or purchase. At the expiry of the validity period, the Weekday Merchandise Cards cannot be used for purchase nor can the unused remaining value be refunded.
The Weekday Merchandise Cards can be used until the balance of the card is zero. If the balance of the card reaches zero, the Weekday Merchandise Card is invalid and cannot be activated or used again.
Weekday may cancel this card if it has reasonable grounds to do so.

If you paid for your order with two different payment methods, you'll receive a refund on your second payment method first. For example, if you paid for your order with gift card and credit card, we will first refund you on the credit card. If the value of articles you returned exceed the amount paid with credit card, the rest will be refunded in the form of e-gift card.
The Weekday e-Merchandise Card will be sent to you by email when the return is complete. If you return items purchased online to one of our Weekday Stores, you will be refunded in the same way as if you had returned the items using our online return process, as long as the return is made within the 30-day return period. For any returns made after the expiry of the return period of 30 (thirty) days, we reserve the right to refund you via a e-Merchandise Card.

You have a 30 day return period (beginning the day after delivery of your order) to cancel your order of Weekday Gift Cards purchased online and receive a full refund, including the standard delivery costs, but excluding the cost of returning the card if such costs has been generated.

Weekday cannot be held liable for Weekday Gift Cards or Weekday Merchandise Cards once activated, which subsequently are lost, stolen, inactivated or damaged. Treat your Weekday Gift Cards and Weekday Merchandise Cards as cash.
