RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you will love everything that you order from us. However, if something isn’t quite right, you have the right under EU consumer law to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days from the day you receive your order, unless a statutory exception applies. In addition, we offer a 30-day return policy.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can clearly notify us by using the return function available on our website or by submitting the return form included with your order. If possible, we kindly suggest using our standard return process through the return form, as it's usually the simplest and most efficient way to manage your return. If you need support you can also contact Weekday customer service. Once you have informed us, please return the items without undue delay. You may use the return label included in your package, and you may combine items from multiple orders in one parcel, although return costs are charged per order. If an item is damaged or faulty, please indicate this in your return request. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, using the same payment method as your original purchase unless otherwise agreed. Please remember to keep proof of postage until your return has been confirmed, and if you need a new return form, you can download one or contact customer service for assistance.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, and all swimwear must still have the hygiene strip. We can only accept returns of cosmetic or perfume items if the product is unopened to maintain the quality and integrity of our products. Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores (except for Sweden and the Netherlands). Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable. If your custom-made items are defective or damaged, please contact Weekday customer service.
Follow the steps below to complete your return:
1. Fill out the physical return form that comes with your order and include it in your package.
2. Pack your goods in the appropriate package, for example the same one your order came in. You can return more than one order or package at once, as long as you include all relevant return labels in the package.
3. Stick on the self-adhesive return label and send the return back to us using one of the options below. Remember to save the return receipt until your return has been registered.
All Weekday orders from H&M should be returned to H&M online following the instructions in your parcel. This means that it's not possible to return a Weekday order from H&M in either Weekday or H&M stores or to Weekday online.

InPost Locker/Shop Returns
1. Create your QR code using the InPost Returns Portal
2. Find your nearest InPost drop off point to scan and drop off your parcel.
3. No labels needed - our couriers will add one when they pick up your parcel.
Evri drop off/Home Collection
1. Stick the provided Evri return label on your parcel.
2. Arrange a home collection or drop off at your nearest Evri parcel shop.
3. Evri will provide you with a drop-off receipt where you can track the parcel's progress.
4. Need a new Evri Return Label? Click here to generate another. You'll need your order number and delivery address.
Express Delivery – Express orders that have been delivered by UPS must be returned via UPS only.

Orders must be returned via UPS only.
Please make sure you use the order number that starts with E when booking a return with UPS. You can find this on the return note included in your parcel.

Your return will take up to 14 days to reach us and be processed. If it's been longer, please contact Customer Service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip.
Please follow these instructions for any items purchased before 12th May, on monki.com.
Please return your Monki items online by following the instructions on the return form in your parcel. Items purchased on monki.com cannot be returned to any Monki or Weekday store. These returns have a cost of £3 that will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
