Why do we use your personal data?

We will use your personal data you have provided to us and the body scan with the generated body measurements to be able to personalize your avatar. Your body measurements will also be used to create your unique measurement patterns needed in order to produce your jeans.

Also, we will use your personal data to be able to process your purchase order, payment transactions, to manage your deliveries, claims and refunds in a secure and effective manner.

How do we use your personal data?

The personal data obtained from you when booking a time slot or when placing a purchase order will be used by us to process and deliver the order. We will notify you by email once your order is ready to be picked up in store or when it is being sent home to you.

Who has access to your personal data?

We may share your data within the H&M Group. Your personal data is also forwarded to third parties in order to provide you with the services mentioned above.

What is the legal ground to process your personal data?

When making the Body Scan jeans service available to you, Weekday will process your personal data in order to fulfil the purchase contract, whether the contract refers to a purchase order and payment, or the use of other services provided by us or third parties.

When contacting you in order to get feedback on this service, we rely on our legitimate interest as a business.

 

How long do we keep your data?

We will process your personal data no more than 6 months from the date of purchase, for us to perform our contractual obligations. We may keep your data for a longer period for other purposes mentioned in this privacy notice.

If given consent, we will keep your data for no more than 2 years. 

Your right to object to processing of your data

We take data protection very seriously and therefore we have dedicated Customer Service personnel to handle your requests in relation to your rights stated above. You can always reach them at jeans@weekday.com

Your right to withdraw your consent

If you don’t want to receive any further promotions, you have the right at any time to withdraw your consent.

As an alternative mean you can also stop us sending promotions in your social media feed, by configuring the privacy settings of the social media platform.

Regardless of above, we will stop sending promotions in you channels if you haven’t opened any emails from us during the last year.
