At the moment Weekday ships to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Follow these easy instructions.

You can expect to receive a refund within two weeks of sending it back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as gift giving holidays) it can take a little longer.

Please send the faulty item back to us for a refund or exchange. Remember to include the return note with the package you are returning. If you no longer have the return note/label, please contact our Customer Service team.

Please note, items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.

Check the validity of the code and contact Customer Service if you are still unable to use it.
