Compliance with data protection regulations is a high priority for the H&M Group. Therefore, we would like to inform you below about the processing of your personal data in the context of the "Click & Meet" offer.
2. Who is responsible for your personal data?
The company responsible for your personal data is H&M Hennes & Mauritz S.A. with its head office at Prinsenstraat 8-10, 1000 Brussels.
3. Purpose of data processing
We process your personal data for the sole purpose of
- we can schedule your appointment and send you a confirmation. OR
- contact details can be traced by the competent local authorities (e.g. health authorities).
4. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing your personal data is Art.
5. To whom will your personal data be transferred?
Of course, we will treat your data confidentially. In accordance with the AVG and RD, we will only transmit your data to the competent health authorities if we receive a valid official request.
6. How long do we keep your data?
All data collected by us will be destroyed or erased as soon as it is no longer needed for the tracking of contacts by the authority. To this end, the data will be kept for four weeks. After the expiry of this period, all personal data collected will be deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.
7. What rights do you have?
As a data subject, in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR, you have the right to be informed about your personal data in question and, in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR, the right to have inaccurate data corrected or data deleted, provided that one of the reasons listed in Article 17 of the GDPR applies, e.g. if the data is no longer needed for the intended purposes. There is also the right to restriction of processing if one of the conditions of Article 18 of the GDPR applies and, in cases covered by Article 20 of the GDPR, the right to data portability.
Any data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if he or she considers that the processing of data relating to him or her is in breach of data protection provisions. The right to lodge a complaint may be exercised in particular with a supervisory authority in the Member State of residence or place of employment of the data subject or of the place of the alleged breach.
