Weekday Inclusion & Diversity
Equality, diversity and inclusion have always been at the core of our DNA. Over the past few years, through increased awareness of ongoing sociopolitical issues and the BLM movement, we see that we have to evolve our way of thinking further and move forward with an updated mindset. We are taking actions and need to evolve by stepping up our efforts when it comes to inclusion and diversity across our company.

Our focus today is to increase our awareness and knowledge, increase our representation and set new routines and processes. This means expanding our representation within Weekday: both inhouse and among freelancing colleagues, and when it comes to our visual communication. We are also currently developing clear actions to discover and limit our biases.
