RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return.
We’ll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days. We will deduct return fee of 29,00 NOK from the refunded amount upon return.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, and all swimwear must still have the hygiene strip. We can only accept returns of cosmetic or perfume items if the product is unopened to maintain the quality and integrity of our products.
Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores (except for Sweden and the Netherlands). Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable. If your custom-made items are defective or damaged, please contact Weekday customer service.
Please follow these instructions for any items purchased before 12th May, on monki.com.
Please return your Monki items online by following the instructions on the return form in your parcel. Items purchased on monki.com cannot be returned to any Monki or Weekday store. These returns have a cost of 30 NOK that will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Returns at any Posten parcel shop
Attach the self-adhesive return label, which you can find on the Delivery note and take the parcel to a convenient Posten parcel shop of your choice.

A returns note is included in your parcel. On the returns note, fill in the return code for the garment you are returning. Include this in the package. If you no longer have this form, you can print a new one here.
Re-using the original packaging, tape the parcel securely and attach the pre-paid label included in your parcel.
To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, we recommend that you use our postage labels, send the return through your preferred return options below and, if offered, ask for a proof of postage. Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us.

If you are missing the self-adhesive return label found on the Delivery note, please contact Weekday Customer Service.
You can expect to receive a refund within two weeks of sending it back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email. If it's been longer, please contact Customer Service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip.
